Insurance information
All players are required to fill out a waiver.
Players 10 and over are allowed to play but must fill out a release until they are 18.
You have two options.
Option #1: Make photocopies of our waiver and have all participants fill one out before showing up at the field.
Option #2: Arrive and fill out waivers when you arrive. (This can take time away from play if you have a large group)
